Jack A. Fattal is an Of Counsel attorney with Barbosa Legal and he is a member of the New York State Bar. Jack offers Barbosa Legal’s clientele a unique perspective among practicing attorneys, incorporating both law firm and in-house experience.

Jack had previously worked at Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP and Anthony, Linder & Cacomanolis, PLLC, prominent corporate & securities law firms. Jack also served as General Counsel at Soho Properties, a Manhattan-based real estate development and investment firm, with upwards of $750 million AUM, as well as at a global Japanese private equity fund, where he acquired significant real estate, securities and fund management expertise.

Jack has advised large bulge bracket investment banks and funds on 9-figure IPOs and M&A transactions. His expertise includes asset acquisitions and restructuring of portfolio investments, involving financial restructuring, joint ventures, divestitures and carve-out transactions – across varied industries, including real estate development, land banking, hospitality operations, hospitality technology, pharmaceuticals, consumer products and retail.
